With soaring glass windows that frame the coffee fields and majestic distant views, the dining rooms combine an upscale, down-home decor with forest-inspired colors to create a cozy, elegant setting.
Chef de Cuisine Lisa Campbell and her culinary team are renowned for creating rich, earth-friendly menus, utilizing fresh, local and seasonal foods whenever possible. Dining room staff are happy to accommodate guests with special dietary needs, including vegan, gluten-free and low-carb menu options.
Throughout the day, our culinary team dishes up delectable cuisine. In the morning, fresh-roasted organic Arabica coffee and a bountiful breakfast offers a wonderful assortment of dishes to sustain you. Mid-day, a farmhouse buffet offers a delectable array of hearty soups, breads, quiches and desserts to re-energize you. After the sun sets, replenish with expertly prepared, farm-to-table organic cuisine as you dine by candlelight and share the day’s adventures. Guests may also enjoy a full bar featuring specialty cocktails and an extensive wine list. The Main Farmhouse Dining Room is open seven days a week, year-round, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.
